ASA holds up in temperatures over 100°C (212°F) and won’t degrade or warp in direct sun or hot equipment enclosures. PETG maintains its integrity up to 85°C (185°F) and is ideal for high-friction or heat-exposed parts like brackets, spacers, or housings. For parts needing flexibility in cold or hot environments, TPU remains elastic in a wide range of temps without cracking. If you’re installing parts in garages, vehicles, rooftops, or industrial sites, our materials are built to withstand those extremes.

    While injection-molded plastic is great for mass production, our engineering-grade filaments offer exceptional performance for low-volume, rugged parts without the setup cost of molds. ASA rivals ABS in strength, but with the added benefit of weather resistance. PETG approaches polycarbonate-level toughness, with better printability. TPU adds shock absorption and sealing properties that rigid parts simply can’t provide.
